On Friday, June 26, 2026, Universitas Udayana, through its International Office and Bureau of Academic, Cooperation, and Public Relations (BAKH), hosted a visit from the Australian Embassy representative, Ms. Kassia Hare, to discuss the expansion of strategic educational partnerships. During the meeting, Unud highlighted its goal to attract more Australian students and revive institutional agreements that were halted by the pandemic. In response, the Embassy expressed its support, noting its plans to expand engagement in eastern Indonesia and a strong interest in establishing new double degree programs similar to Unud's existing partnership with Griffith University. Moving forward, both parties agreed to explore joint research opportunities in energy and food security, expand research grants, and collaborate on an upcoming student exchange pilot project with LPDP.
