On Monday, May 4, 2026, following a request from the Ministry of Environment (Technical Division) of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste, the Director-General of Environment of Timor-Leste was accompanied by the National Director of Environment and the First Secretary of the Consulate of Timor-Leste in Bali visit Udayana University Rectorat to had a meeting that focused on establishing a strategic partnership regarding technical inventory training and environmental data management. 

The meeting was attended by Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Vice Rector for Student Affairs, and Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation & Information. Also presence at the meeting, the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, the Secretary of Research and Community Service Institute, and the Coordinator of the International Affairs Office.
