Orientation Day 2025: International Exchange Students Embark on Their Academic Journey at Udayana University University General
Udayana University (Unud), through the International Office (KUI), organized an Orientation Day for international exchange students of the 2025 academic year on Friday (29/08) at the International Office in Denpasar.
The event was held to welcome the students and introduce them to the academic environment, culture, and facilities at Unud.
This year, Unud welcomed 10 exchange students from various countries, including Germany, Japan, Italy, Spain, and China. The orientation was attended by students who had already arrived in Bali, while the rest are expected to arrive in early September. They will undertake their studies for one semester up to one year across several faculties at Udayana University.
The exchange program is part of Unud’s commitment to strengthening its international network and fostering an inclusive and diverse academic atmosphere. The orientation activities included an introduction to the academic system and student services, interactive sessions on Balinese culture and social life, and an introduction to Unud’s international student community. In addition, the students received information about extracurricular activities, cultural programs, and available support services.
International students are expected to adapt quickly, feel at home, and gain enriching academic and cultural experiences during their studies at Udayana University.
