Targeting an Increase in the Number of Foreign Students, KUI Promotes Unud to Yamaguchi University University General

After the pandemic, various universities in the world reopened student exchange opportunities for international students. Yamaguchi University is no exception, one of the universities in Japan which before the pandemic sent quite a lot of students to Udayana University, and vice versa. However, this collaboration was stopped during the pandemic.


Reopening the opportunity for cooperation, Yamaguchi University invited the KUI Coordinator of Udayana University to be a guest speaker at the Study Abroad event.

Through a webex meeting attended by students and the international division of Yamaguchi University, in her presentation, Senja Pratiwi gave an explanation of Unud which included various international programs owned and in demand by foreign students, the readiness of the faculty to accept foreign students studying at the faculty, the Summer Camp and Winter Camp KUI programs, the requirements that must be met by foreign students to study at Udayana University and various other matters relating to the flow and procedures for accepting foreign students at Udayana University. Senja also informed the role of KUI in facilitating admission procedures and the arrival of foreign students to Udayana University and also presented the beauty of Bali Island which is a special attraction for foreign students to come and study at Udayana University. 


Through this activity Senja hopes to increase the interest and number of Yamaguchi University students to study at Udayana University both in regular and non-degree programs.
