Udayana University (Unud) received a visit from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) delegation on Monday (29/06/2026) to explore strategic cooperation opportunities in academics and research. Led by Unud's Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation, and Information (WR 4) alongside IIT representatives, the meeting discussed various potential collaboration schemes, including student exchange programs, joint degrees, visiting lectures, and Ph.D. fellowship offers with a double supervisor scheme for Unud lecturers. As a concrete follow-up, both parties agreed to immediately draft a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), plan a reciprocal visit by a small Unud delegation to India next year, and instruct Unud's International Office (KUI) and Public Relations (HUMAS) to coordinate with the Indian Consulate in Bali to optimize scholarship opportunities and strengthen international education synergy.
