Unud Strengthens International Partnerships through the TCI Board Meeting in Beijing University General

Amid the series of activities at the World Chinese Language Conference in China, the delegation from Udayana University (Unud) carried out several strategic agendas focused on strengthening international networks and expanding opportunities for academic collaboration. One of the key activities was the TCI Board Meeting, a bilateral meeting with Nanchang University and Nanchang Normal University aimed at deepening the existing partnership while opening new avenues for future cooperation. The meeting took place on Friday, 14 November 2025, in Beijing.

The meeting was attended by leaders from both sides. Representing Udayana University were the Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation, and Information; the Indonesian Director of TCI Unud; the Chinese Director of TCI; the Coordinator of the International Office (KUI); and the Dean of the Faculty of Tourism. Meanwhile, Nanchang University and Nanchang Normal University were represented by their respective Vice Rectors along with teams from their International Offices.

During the discussion, the universities explored various strategic opportunities, particularly in strengthening cooperation in student and faculty mobility, research collaboration, and the development of Mandarin language curriculum at Udayana University. They also reviewed potential initiatives for organizing international cultural and academic programs, including joint conferences, summer and winter courses, and double-degree programs at the Faculty of Tourism.

Through these strategic efforts, Udayana University continues to demonstrate its commitment to enhancing its international reputation, improving academic quality, and building a global educational ecosystem that supports the development of high-quality human resources at both regional and international levels.
