Twincle 2026: Weaving Friendships, Celebrating Culture

Memories for a lifetime have been made! The Twincle 2026 program, which took place from March 4th to 12th, has successfully concluded, and our hearts are full of gratitude for the incredible moments we shared together. ?

This year, Universitas Udayana was once again honored to welcome 12 inspiring students and Prof. Shuji Shimonagata from Chiba University, Japan. This program was more than just a visit; it was a profound journey of mutual understanding and appreciation of the rich cultures of both Indonesia and Japan.

? Cultural Harmony in the Island of Gods:

From the graceful movements of Balinese Dance and the intricate art of making Gebogan and Canang Sari, to the enthusiasm of Chiba University students sharing Japanese culture at our Denpasar Campus. The beauty of Penglipuran Village, the magic of Tirta Empul, and the breathtaking panorama of Kintamani provided the perfect backdrop for new friendships to bloom. ??

? Inspiration in the Classroom:

Through teaching practices at JB School Bali and Regents Secondary School, students exchanged unique educational perspectives, bringing joy and inspiration to local students through interactive and engaging teaching sessions. ??

? Unforgettable Coastal Adventures:

A major highlight was the excitement of watersports in the crystal-clear waters of Nusa Dua! From jet skiing to snorkeling, these moments of pure joy perfectly complemented their journey in Bali before concluding with a final souvenir shopping.

A special thank you to Prof. Shuji Shimonagata for his continuous dedication and collaboration year after year. To our friends from Chiba University: Your enthusiasm made this program truly meaningful and unforgettable.
