STEP BY STEP APPLY B211A / ONE TIME VISIT VISA / SHORT STAY PERMIT

1.      Students must Complete requirements documents for LoA, study permit and visa requirement.

2.      Udayana will process all together for LoA, Study Permit, and cover letter application visa.

3.      After the letter application issue by Udayana, agent will notif students for make payment and repeat detail about the visa.

4.      Agency Summit application visa and student will get application number which is can tracking status of the visa by website https://visa.imigrasi.go.id/

5.      Type status of the visa:

-          Pembayaran / Billing payment

-          Verifikasi / Verification documents

-          Tahapan Keputusan / Decision Stage

-          Di setujui / Visa Approve

-          Selesai / Visa Issue

5. After visa issue, students can use it for enter Indonesia

6. In immigration check point, immigration officer will give white sticker in their passport which showing expired date of the visa. (see the appendix for the sample).

STEP BY STEP FOR EXTENSION:

1.      Summit application to Immigration

2.      Receive billing payment (next day or lates 2 days after summit application)

3.      Waiting schedule for Biometric (between 3-4 days after pay the billing)

4.      Biometric in immigration

5.      Waiting passport ready (between 3-7 days from biometric)

6.      Passport ready to pick up / collect in Visa Center (international office udayana)

NOTE:

Original passport will keep in immigration till process done.
