BACKGROUND

The Faculty of Tourism, Department of Hotel Management at the University of Udayana offers a full semester of MANABU BALI Program. It provides a good opportunity to students and interns ’exchanges at Bachelor ’s degree level in learning Tourism and Hospitality Industry in Bali. Student

OBJECTIVES

This program provides students with knowledge basic theory of hotel management, basicpractical in hotel division and experiences of handling services in tourism industry.

ACTIVITIES

1.             Understanding and implementing Food and Beverage service

2.             Understanding Food and Beverage Product

3.             Understanding Room Division and implementing skills around it

4.             Understanding Bar and implementing skills in bar

5.             Understanding basic Indonesian and Balinese culture

6.             Practicing basic conversation in Indonesian language

7.             Preparing and participating in an internship at hotel site
