Socialization on International Programs Guidance Book, Udayana University University General
On October 28, 2020, International Office of Udayana University carried out a socialization entitled "International Program Guidance Book of Udayana Universityโ which took place at Wapa di Ume, Sidemen, Karangasem.
The event began at 10 A.M up to 4 P.M Bali Time. It
was officially opened by the Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation and
Information of Udayana University, Prof. Dr. Ida Bagus Wyasa Putra, SH., MH and
continued with the overall report delivered by the Coordinator of KUI, Dr. Eng.
Ni Nyoman Pujianiki, ST., M.Eng.
Then, the event continued with the awarding
ceremony given by the Vice Rector of Udayana University to the international
partner programs. The awards was presented to Asia Exchange for "The
Most Culturally Diverse Participants", GoStudy AS for "The
Best Student Service" and the Studies
Network for "The Most
Participants Number".
After the awarding ceremony, the event was divided into 3 socialization sessions, which was the Socialization of the New International Program hosted by Ni Made Sofia Wijaya, SST.Par., M.Par., Ph.D., from the Faculty of Tourism; followed by the Socialization of the Study Guide for International Programs brought by Dr. dr. Agung Wiwiek Indrayani, S.Ked., M.Kes., from the Faculty of Medicine; and the last session was the Socialization of the Standard Operational Procedure for International Program brought by I Made Kusuma Negara, SE, M.Par., from the Faculty of Tourism. In each session, there opened a Q & A session, so that the participants could actively get involved in a discussion.
